Founded in 2005, the mission of Lesotho Craft Works is to expand opportunities for the people of Lesotho by bringing their tremendous hand crafts directly to an international commercial audience.  A member of the Fair Trade movement, LCW is encouraging direct, sustainable community development by purchasing our wares directly from the weavers.  As our sales have grown, our studio partners have trained more weavers to keep up with the demand.  Your purchase feeds directly into this positive cycle of economic progress.
